Even i have never been to New York, i’m craving to seing it from i saw first episode of Sex and the City. I’m obsessed wondering if i would ever go there, but i’m not loosing hope, still young, you know :))

NY pashion makes me searching for everything about it : pictures, phographies, videos, articles, stories, everything. My work computer’s desktop is setted by lovely Empire State building morning view, my blog’s (as you noticed maybe 🙂 ) background is night view of the same beautiful city – New York.

All these talks is leading to an article, that i’ve found a couple minutes ago and decided to share with you emediatelly 🙂 I spotted it in www.life.com, and the article is called „How New Yorkers Can Spot A Tourist”. I think is very funny. I know, being in NY i wouldn’t want be spotted as a tourist, i want to walk block after block feeling like Carrie Bradshaw – beautiful, stylish and in my „Manolo’s” :))))

You can read the article by yourselves, but i’d like to copy there my favorite ideas from it, it made my day! 🙂

*You Ask the Quickest Way to Get to the Statue of Liberty  – Depends how fast you can swim.
*You Just Stand There Once   You Get on the Subway – Congratulations! You’ve just made it onto a New York City subway car for the first time, an occasion for a little mental celebration. What it’s not the occasion for, however, is a little break. Once you’re inside the door, don’t make the typical tourist mistake and just stop and stand there looking all pleased with yourself. Chances are that there’s a line of people waiting for you to move further inside so that they, too, can board the car. Save your celebrating for later.

*You’re Intimidated by a Little Stroll – If you can’t handle a seven-block walk to Point X without hopping into air-conditioned motorized transport, your next trip should probably be to L.A.

*You Take Up the Whole Sidewalk Yet Walk Very Slowly – If you insist on taking up the entire sidewalk with your phalanx of tourism, at least keep up a quick pace, please. The people behind you have places to be.
So guys, pick up the pace and tell me have you ever been to NY and how was it for you? :))

    ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Labiausiai man patikusius galite rasti šiek tiek aukščiau.
Visada laukiu komentarų, pastebėjimų ir pasakojimų. Kas Jums yra NY? galbūt teko apsilankyti? Pasidalinkite patirtimi ir įspūdžiais 🙂
    Xoxo 🙂
